Yandis Ying launched Dot Dot Bubble Tea in 2020 with a simple mission: to make bubble tea and Asian flavours more accessible on the UK high street while offering lower-sugar, better-for-you options. Starting with a bubble tea café in Stoke Newington, London, she grew the brand into the UK's first ready-to-drink bubble tea in glass bottles and cans. Her background in building world-class digital products and creative leadership helped her turn a passion project into an award-winning, fast-growing consumer brand. In 2025 she was appointed a London Ambassador for the British Business Bank's Start Up Loans programme, championing other founders on their own journeys.
