We Can Be is a UK-based social enterprise dedicated to building confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking in girls aged 6–18. We do this through books, interactive AI-powered tools, structured online courses, and a library of 250+ real female founder role models.

We Can Be is built for girls aged 6–18. Our books (Maya's Big Business Adventure) are designed for ages 6–9, our workbooks for ages 10–14, and our online courses span three tracks: Pioneers (9–11), Innovators (12–14), and Trailblazers (15–18). Parents and educators can use our resources with girls of any age.

We Can Be is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Our role models are predominantly UK-based female founders, and our content reflects the UK education system and business landscape. However, our online tools and courses are accessible globally.

Our mission is to close the confidence and visibility gap for girls, which is why our role models and stories centre female founders. But our courses, AI tools, and resources teach skills that are valuable for everyone - and anyone is welcome to use them.

Not at all. Many of our tools and courses are designed to help girls discover what they're passionate about and develop ideas from scratch. Our AI Idea Machine, Passion-to-Profit Mapper, and Spark Map Builder are perfect starting points for girls who are curious but don't know where to begin.

No - it's about building a mindset. Entrepreneurial skills like creative thinking, resilience, teamwork, and financial awareness are valuable no matter what path she chooses. Whether she becomes a founder, a scientist, an artist, or anything else, these skills will serve her for life.

Yes. Our AI tools are designed specifically for young people. They don't collect personal data, don't require social media accounts, and are built to provide age-appropriate, encouraging, and educational responses. We recommend parental supervision for younger users.

Free to start - Module 1 of every course, sample tools and 3 AI uses per day, with no card needed. £29 one-time unlocks everything, forever (Educator plan £49). Books and workbooks are sold separately in our shop.

We provide curriculum-aligned lesson plans, workshop guides, and facilitation resources for primary and secondary teachers. Our Educator Hub includes ready-to-use activities that map to PSHE, Careers Education, and Enterprise & Financial Education frameworks. Everything is designed to be delivered with confidence, even if you have no business background.

Not at all. Our lesson plans and workshop guides include full facilitation notes, talking points, and student handouts. They're designed so any teacher can deliver them with confidence, regardless of their subject specialism.

Absolutely. Our educator resources are designed for classroom use, whether that's a single lesson, a series of workshops, or an enterprise week. We also offer tools that students can use individually or in small groups.

We offer three age-appropriate tracks: Pioneers (ages 6–11) explores passions and creativity - younger learners (6–8) do best with a grown-up alongside, while 9–11s can fly solo. Innovators (ages 12–14) builds practical business skills, and Trailblazers (ages 15–18) develops real-world entrepreneurial capabilities. Each track includes multiple modules with interactive activities.

Each module takes approximately 30–60 minutes to complete. Courses are self-paced, so learners can work through them at their own speed. There are no deadlines - girls can revisit lessons and activities as often as they like.

Yes! Learners earn digital badges as they complete modules and activities. These celebrate their progress and can be shared with parents and teachers.

We Can Be works on any modern web browser - desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. No app download is required. For the best experience with our interactive tools and courses, we recommend using a tablet or larger screen.
