How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £2.95, and free on orders over £20. The cost is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises at checkout.
How long will my books take to arrive?
We post orders from the UK within 3 working days. Royal Mail then usually takes 2 to 5 working days, so most orders arrive within a week of ordering.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not through the website at the moment. If you're outside the UK, email kim@wecanbe.co.uk with your address and we'll quote postage.
Can I return a book?
Changed your mind? Return any unused book within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the book price. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
My book arrived damaged - what now?
Email kim@wecanbe.co.uk with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You don't need to return the damaged copy.
Can a school order a class set and pay by invoice?
Yes. Email kim@wecanbe.co.uk with the number of copies and your school's billing details and we'll raise an invoice and confirm postage.
