What Peachies does

Morgan and Rima met at Imperial College, where they ran the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club together. Watching friends and family start their parenthood journeys, they spotted an industry nobody had bothered to modernise: nappies. In March 2021 they founded Peachies and spent two years learning everything about nappies before redesigning them from the inside out - better fit, better materials, better for parents. Along the way they built a loyal community of parents and caregivers who wanted something better than the stale supermarket status quo.

Superpower: Detail-Obsessed Redesigners

"Even the most ordinary product can be reimagined if you care enough to start from scratch."

What a young person can learn from this

  • A real business in retail & consumer started with a specific problem, not a perfect plan.
  • Detail-Obsessed Redesigners is a skill you can practise, not something you are born with.
  • How entrepreneurial mindset shows up in a real business.
  • How product design & prototyping shows up in a real business.
  • How branding & marketing shows up in a real business.

Try this

Talk about it: Where would the first ten customers come from if you started this tomorrow?

Then do it: Plan how you would sell ten of something this month, with no advertising budget.
