What MOXIE does

Ellie spent over a decade in go-to-market, general management and operations roles - including GM Europe at Lemonade and strategy consulting at Deloitte - before spotting a problem she couldn't ignore: women were being left out of the AI conversation. In 2024 she founded MOXIE, an AI club for women building big careers. Members get weekly live AI sessions (all recorded), a groupchat full of honest recommendations and warm intros, and real-life meetups and dinners. With members from companies like Google, Netflix and Wise, MOXIE is on a mission to make AI the biggest career lever for women - with zero tech-bro energy.

Superpower: Community Builder

"Come for the AI skills, stay for the network."

What a young person can learn from this

  • Community Builder is a skill you can practise, not something you are born with.
  • How entrepreneurial mindset shows up in a real business.
  • How ai & technology shows up in a real business.
  • How leadership & communication shows up in a real business.

Try this

Talk about it: Who benefits from this beyond the paying customer?

Then do it: Describe a problem in your area, then one small thing you could do about it this month.
