    Founder, We Can Be

Kim Loudon (also known as Kimberley Loudon) is the founder of We Can Be, a UK enterprise education platform for young people aged 6-18. She started We Can Be in 2024 after 16 years in corporate innovation, with the last five focused on inclusion, entrepreneurship and impact.

Her work centres on a simple belief: every young person, and especially every girl, deserves to see themselves as a future founder. We Can Be brings together 250+ real UK female founders, four age-appropriate course tracks, AI tools and printable resources for parents, schools and youth groups.

Kim writes on girls entrepreneurship, role models, KS2/KS3 PSHE enterprise, financial literacy for children and the practicalities of helping young people turn ideas into action. She is the author of the children's books Maya's Big Business Adventure (ages 6-9) and Dream it. Be it. Biz-it! (ages 10-14), both bought directly from the We Can Be shop.
