Hi, from the founder

Hi, I’m Kim — the founder of We Can Be.
I’ve spent 16 years working in corporate innovation, with the last five focused on inclusion, entrepreneurship, and impact. I’ve led programmes supporting underrepresented founders, and championed people who’ve been overlooked by traditional systems.

And here’s what I’ve learned:
If we want to create real change - we have to start younger. We Can Be was born from that belief: if girls are given the tools early to dream big, take risks, and build confidence, they won't just participate in the future of business... they'll lead it.

This isn’t about raising the next tycoon
It’s about helping girls realise their ideas are valid, their voice is powerful, and they deserve to take up space - right now.

The future needs new skills

The world is evolving fast - and kids deserve to be ready.
